Research on the Application of Digital Technology in Modern Smart Warehouse Management

With the rapid development of digital economy and industrial intelligence, traditional warehouse management modes are gradually unable to adapt to the high-efficiency, low-cost and flexible operation requirements of modern logistics industry. Smart warehouse management has become an important link in the transformation and upgrading of supply chain system. Digital technologies such as Internet of Things, big data analysis, cloud computing and artificial intelligence are widely penetrated into warehouse operation links, which effectively improve the efficiency of goods storage, sorting, handling and inventory management. This paper analyzes the current development status of domestic and foreign smart warehouse management, summarizes the main problems existing in the process of digital transformation of traditional warehouses, including low degree of equipment intelligence, disjointed data management, imperfect system integration and insufficient professional talents. On this basis, this paper puts forward targeted optimization strategies from the aspects of equipment upgrading, data platform construction, management mechanism improvement and talent training. The research results can provide practical reference for warehouse enterprises to carry out digital and intelligent transformation, and help realize lean management and efficient operation of modern warehousing systems.
